Thats when Fake iPhone in Thailand and some other countries were spotted.

Apparently they leaked a iPhone nano case in december 08. This was enough to fuel rumors of an iPhone nano coming at Macworld 2009.

Rest is history. Apparently it was said a few days later that Xskn has not just added that iPhone nano cover option on its website it has actually started selling it!

With none other than engadget itself reporting a rumor of the same to be out by Q4 2007. If we look back at the Macworld 07 where Steve Job has clearly mentioned an upcoming iPhone 3G. And thats what we saw in 2008. Ofcourse with the SDK and Appstore!

However the iPhone Nano and Shuffle were clearly the imagination of some psyco. And we are still expecting it in 2009…

It just takes a not so crazy apple fan who can think of crazy things that Apple can present.

Add to this Apple’s habit to surprise people. The biggest of them all is the Macworld 2007 when the original iPhone was demoed by Steve Jobs. Not too long ago i.e. some 7 years back a small press conference was where the first iPod was displayed. And today both of these products rule the market.

The amount of fan base that Apple holds is more than its users. Not all Apple Fans can afford their products. This puts them in a semi-premium zone.

So no surprise that iPhone Nano, iPhone Pro and many such rumors keep popping up, often by reputed sources.
