Developers in trouble with Apple again?

While AppStore has blessed many developers with a fortune, not all are that fortunate. Many developers have been left out of Apples Appstore party with their apps being rejected or hung in approval for too long. While many switched to Cydia; others quit the platform all together.

The mad rush for iPhone apps has seen close to 30000 apps currently live on the system and developers are worried about the refund policy that Apple has in place. Apparently If a user claims a refund the developer would be liable to reimburse Apple its 30% comission and refund the user 100% of the money paid.

This comes along with complaints of delayed App Store payouts to developers!
